REFLEXIVE PEACE PRACTICES (RPP) PROJECT

Chad's week of 28th September to 2nd October 2026 had no confirmed new incident on its territory, but the eastern humanitarian emergency continued. UNHCR's baseline of over 400 arrivals a day, more than 190,000 refugees awaiting relocation and only 18% of funding received still framed the situation, and a new UNHCR situation update was posted on 27–28 September.
